Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Roomora Studio (roomora.studio) is operated by Alber Levi, Konak Izmir Turkiye, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of Roomora Studio. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

2. The service

Roomora Studio uses artificial intelligence to add furniture and decor to photos of rooms (“virtual staging”). Results are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review every result before you use it, for example in a property listing.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person or company may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits.

4. Credits, plans and payment

The service is used with credits. Staging one photo uses one credit and produces two options; the first re-style of the same photo is free and each further re-style uses half a credit. Credits from a subscription period remain valid for the period plus the roll-over time of your plan; credits from one-time packs do not expire. If a render fails, the credits are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further payments are taken. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Your photos and results

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them, including with our AI service providers, solely to provide the service to you. You may use the results for any lawful purpose, including commercial property listings.

You confirm that you own or are authorised to use every photo you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload photos you are not allowed to use, photos showing identifiable people without their consent, or unlawful content. Do not use results to mislead buyers or tenants: where the law or a listing platform requires it, disclose that a photo is virtually staged and do not remove the “Virtually Staged” label. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service, or access it by automated means other than those we provide.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations or the requirements of any listing platform.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed for a breach.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Consumers keep any mandatory rights under the law of the country where they live.
